The hollow vases or lanterns and also tread plates of stairs are fitted on baseplates. The locking components can be also locked with key and lock arrangements or by snap fitting or with screws to prevent theft and clamping them against swing forces. These arrangements are fitted on nonguarded areas such as cemeteries or in gardens and parks. A vase is used for fitting lamps and for accommodating flowers. It has locking bracket (b) and connecting features for holding on plates or on garden decorations. The mounting plate (d) can be anchored in the ground, on a support plate or stand. The vase (a) has a side guide grooves as guide for the bracket (d) which is used for fixing the vase. The bracket bridges the vase and bracket lower ends are anchored.
