<p>The fuse plate is intended for motor vehicle dashboard instruments. It consists of insulating substrate, whose either side has copper contact pads with fuse strips matched to the respective required current strengths. The strips are provided by etching techniques and are fitted to the plate dimensions and type of vehicle or aircraft, in which the fuse plate is to be applied. The two-side design provides a stand-by in case of a defect. The insulated substrate is formed by an epoxy material plate 1.5 mm thick, and the copper platting on both sides has a thickness of 0.035 mm.</p> |
