<p>Machine is used partic. for granting fruit mfr. comprises: a drum keyed onto a shaft and seated in a frame, rotating in a housing fitted with feed hopper. The lower part of the housing comprises a perforated plate and the housing is further fitted with grating block and cutting edge, both of which protrude from the inner surface of the housing towards the drum. The circumference of the drum has several axially located uniformly distributed slots to accommodate the saw blades. Halfway the depth of the slot bores are machined into the slots into which the cranked-out part of the two-edged saw blades are fitting. When the saw blades are slid into place, their position is secured by tight-fitting rods.</p> |
