PURPOSE:To make uniform laser beam intensity by providing an optical mobile means to make a laser beam incident on the different position of a calite scope on an incident side optical path of the calite scope. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 2 emitted from a laser beam oscillator 1 changes its optical path by a mirror 6 and is condensed by an incident side condenser lens 8 via an optical axis moving device 7 and made incident on the calite scope 3. The laser beam 2 reflected multiply in the calite scope 3 is condensed by an outgoing side condenser lens 9 and made to an uniform beam intensity distribution 11 on a machining point 10. Interference fringes 5 are generated on this beam intensity distribution 11. When the projection position of an optical axis 4a of the laser beam 2 is changed as shown by alternate long and two short dashes lines by the optical axis moving device 7 and the optical axis 4a is changed timewise, the position of the interference fringes 5 is changed timewise and the interference fringes are made to the equalized distribution like the beam intensity distribution 12. By this method, even if the calite scope is used, the beam intensity is made uniform. |
