<p>1511365 Board B GRETEN [trading as BISON-WERKE BAHRE & GRETEN GmbH & CO KG] 16 July 1975 [16 July 1974] 29939/75 Heading C3N A process for the production of shaped components of a material containing cellulose and/or lignocellulose, e.g. wood bonded with a hydraulic binder, e.g. cement, wherein at least one mineralizing agent, water and an hydraulic binder are added to the material containing cellulose and/or lignocellulose and the thusprepared mixture is then shaped and pressed is characterized in that the amount of water required for binding the hydraulic binder is added to said material before the addition of said at least one mineralizing agent. The (ligno) cellulose material may be brought to a moisture content relative to oven dry material of 70-90% by weight before the mineralizing agent is added. The mineralizing agent may be aluminium sulphate and a surface-active agent may be added to the water used for binding.</p> |
