<p>Fluid passage in wall of receptacle e.g. for water heater comprises a wall with a first layer of corrosive material e.g. steel, and a second layer of non-corrosive material on the inside of the receptacle. On the outside of the wall around the opening is a collar with a frusto-conical section to the inner surface of which is sealingly applied a tube, also witha frusto-conical surface. A bush coaxially surrounds the tube on the outside of the collar, and includes a circular lip with a frusto-conical inner surface engaging the collar. The bush and tube are axially pressed against the collar between them, and fixed in the compressed position.</p> |
