PURPOSE: To attain a high switching speed for the output circuit by forming the circuit with no saturating operation and no mirror effect with respect to a change in an input level. CONSTITUTION: The output circuit has an intermediate stage 11 and an output stage 12. Then an emitter of a transistor(TR) Q3 connects to ground via resistors R4, R3 and an emitter of a TR Q4 connects to ground via a resistor R5 only. When an input terminal A1 transits to an H level from an L level, the TR Q3 is conductive after the TR Q4 is conductive by the presence of the resistor R4. A TR Q2 is conductive after a TR Q1 is nonconductive. Furthermore, when the input terminal A1 transits from an H level to an L level, the TR Q2 is nonconductive before the TR Q1 is conductive. Thus, the TR Q2 does not consume power from the TR Q1 and power consumption in the output circuit in the transient mode is reduced. |
