<p>PURPOSE:To produce a standard signal for supply of almost a constant amount of energy, by forming a charging/discharging circuit with a charging circuit comprising two constant voltage means, a resistor, a control resistor and a capacity plus a discharging transistor. CONSTITUTION:A charging circuit consists of a Zener diode 42 serving as the 1st constant voltage means, a resistor 43, a diode 44 serving as the 2nd constant voltage means, a control register 45 and a capacitor 46. A charging/discharging circuit is obtained by combining above-mentioned charging circuit and a discharging transistor 47 that discharges instantaneously the electric charge of the capacitor 46. The reference voltage E is produced by a series circuit of a resistor 48 and a Zener diode 49. A voltage comparator 50 compares the voltage E with the charging level of the capacitor 46. In such constitution, a reference signal can be obtained for the supply of almost a constant amount of energy by means of a power supply 41 having a varying level of the power supply voltage.</p> |
