<p>PURPOSE:To oscillate a square wave with a high frequency by varying a potential at an input terminal of a comparator for a delay time in the output inverting operation of the comparator. CONSTITUTION:The potential of a noninverting input terminal of a comparator 10 is fixed to a reference voltage of 1/2V and a power supply voltage V is applied to an output terminal via a resistor R2. The potential of an inverting input terminal of the comparator 10 increases or decreases due to charge/ discharge by a resistor R1 and a capacitor C1 and the output inverting operation of the comparator when the potential is changed with respect to the reference voltage of the noninverting input terminal has a delay. Then the output potential of the comparator 10 is alternately inverted depending whether the potential at the input terminal is higher or lower than the reference voltage of the noninverting input terminal for the output inversion delay time and a square wave is obtained. Thus, the circuit constitution is simplified and a high frequency is able to be oscillated.</p> |
