<p>The disclosure describes a conveyor roller having a cylindrical casing, which is provided at both ends of the casing with roller bearings, mounted on the shaft of the roller, as well as with support rings mounted between the roller bearings and the casing. An elastic ring is provided between the internal side of the casing and the external wing of the support ring and/or between the external ring of the roller bearing and the internal wing of the support ring. The elastic ring is prestressed in non-homogeneous manner so that the central region is prestressed to a larger extent than the marginal regions thereof.</p> |
