Folding work trestle table - has horizontal fixing bar which is tubular and permits height adjustment by telescopic action

The working trestle table folds into two equally sized halves. When opened, the secure position of the table is assured by a two part horizontal spring action bar (13) fixed below the table top onto the outside of each pair of legs (5). A telescopic adjustment tube (19) incorporated into this bar (13) permits the regulation of the height of the table. The legs holding the lower part of the table (5) are pivoted to supporting U-frames (6) which have a straight top cross-bar beneath the upper plane of the table.
