Induction heating metal support rods to anchor file pocket components - to secure thermoplastic end stops rail shoes and pocket sheets

Support for a suspended comprises a metal rod with plastics stops on each end. The stops are L-shaped, with the rod coaxial with one of the branches of the L. Improvement is that the coaxial section of the stop has a bore to which the end of the rod is welded by induction heating. Use of mechanical fastenings and of adhesives, is avoided.
