PURPOSE:A lead wire is inserted via adhesive cement between electrods on insulating plates confronting each other, and the adhesion is made accurate through compression; and further, the derivation part of the lead wire is sealed by frit glass to reduce the process, thereby obtaining a highly-reliable panel. |
