Electricity meter electronic testing circuit - compares meter pulse rate with correct pulse rate to calculate error and provide digital display

The portable, modular, electronic test system has a counting circuit and an associated numerical display circuit. The system is designed to determine the difference between the number of pulses generated by the counter and the theoretical pulse rate. The numerical display circuit give, in successive lime and at will, the percentage error of the active or reactive meter tested. The percentage error being expressed as:-e% = energy measured - effective energy/effective energy X 100 The system has also a phase displacement circuit designed to produce adequate active energy for effecting the measurement of reactive energy. An instantaneous value multiplication circuit for voltage and current is used to determine the power.
