<p>The process for removing marks on roads is esp. suitable for use on carriageway dividing lines, directional arrows, speed signs etc. The marking material is subjected to heating, if necessary leading to blister formation. It is then removed with a rotating steel brush (13). Heating can be affected by a blue-flame combustion gas, or by infra-red radiation, or with the aid of microwaves. The steel brush can revolve at a high speed. The wheeled vehicle for this (1) has a heater (6), followed by mechanism (11) for working on the marking, with at least one rotating steel brush.</p> |
