Bobbin changing appts. associated with a textile machine has a conveyor belt extending along the machine and controlled by a bobbin supply device, the appts. having bobbin discharge surfaces located adjacent processing stations at which batches of bobbins are transferred simultaneously to the surfaces. Manual changing is eliminated, and operators need not bend over containers in which bobbins are stored.
