<p>A dough kneading machine with a kneading trough, pref. drawout type, has a horizontal shaft around which the upper part with the drive and the kneading tool can be swung open. The centre line of this shaft lies in or just below the centre of gravity of the upper swivelling part of the machine. The lower machine part is split to allow the entry of the swung open upper part. This facilitates opening of the trough which can now be done manually and requires no power drive, thus simplifying the design. The upper part stays securely in the open position.</p> |
