Disinfectant solution preparation - by automatic dispensing of disinfectant through displacement to added fresh water quantity

A disinfectant soln. for the cleaning of surfaces, e.g. of floors and walls in hospitals, is produced by adding a fixed amt. of disinfectant to a fixed amt. of water. Water which is admitted to a container for the disinfectant soln. displaces automatically the required amt. of disinfectant from another container through a proportioning device which passes it directly into the soln. This prevents both under- and over-dosages of disinfectant. It is entirely independent of the human element and can be entrusted to unskilled persons. A set concn. is maintained even if fluctuating or smaller amts. of disinfectant soln. are required.
