<p>1510064 Valves CESSNA AIRCRAFT CO 14 July 1976 [29 Sept 1975] 29252/76 Heading F2V [Also in Division F1] In the circuit shown, a variable displacement pump 40 supplies a priority motor 46 through passages 16, 30, 18, 34 and a throttle 44, and when the pressure rise in a chamber 19 caused by the throttle 44 is great enough to overcome a spring 32 a spool 22 moves to the right and fluid passes through passages 16, 14, 36 and a throttle 50 to a secondary motor 48. The pressures from the two motors are fed through lines 42, 56 to a pump control unit and line 42 is also connected to a chamber 20 which houses the spring 32. If the motor 46 is arrested for any reason,, e.g. a piston reaching the end of its stroke, the resultant pressure rise causes a relief valve 54 to open. This results in a pressure drop across the throttle 44 and once again the spool 22 is moved to the right and the motor 48 is supplied.</p> |
