<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the magnetic powder for electromagnetic clutch having excellent wear resistance and high saturation magnetic flux density by blending respective component of Fe, Co and Si at the specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic powder composed of 0.2-7wt.% Si, 5-50wt.% preferably 20-40wt.% Co and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is manufactured. Then, addition of the other elements (e.g. Al, Cr, etc.) is necessary to avoid. By this method, the magnetic powder having sufficient saturation magnetic flux density and excellent wear resistance is obtd. at a low cost and useful for the electromagnetic clutch.</p> |
