Low heat precious metal casting of jewels - with min. of stone per jewel set upside down before casting metal into mould

A heat resistant cast of low melting point in the shape of the final product is fitted onto a support built on the bias and of identical plastic to produce simultaneously a number of cast items of jewellery. The casing unit is thermally treated to eliminate all plastic elements raising it to a temp. compatible with the final gold or silver mount the stone being set upside down befor e the metal is poured into the individual casts. The thermal treatment is in two parts the first at low the second at high temp. the fusion or metals in effected with a blowlamp.
