The top frame (1) is furnished with a number of floats (2) made from buoyant materials. The frame carries a bracket at each end which supports the hand paddle wheels (7) each operated by the hand crank (11). The base frame (3) is suspended from the top frame by means of chains (4). The bases (6) is made from a mesh material which also fills in the sides of the frame. The craft may be stored by allowing the frames to collapse together, and stripped down by uncoupling members of the frame.
