PURPOSE:To carry out through-drawing for a vibration-damping rubber material of high drawing rate without passing through a plurality of stages by dividing a pressurizing piece into a plurality of pieces, mounting the same movably close around a shaft in a manner of having a space between respective pieces, taking the given spaces between the shaft and the pressurizing pieces and interposing flexible components on a wall of a passage. CONSTITUTION:A vibration-damping rubber material 1 is inserted into a passage 2 formed with a guide component 3A. At that time, the end of a shaft 4C of a pressurizing device 4C guides the inner diameter of a metal fitting 1A and a pressurizing piece 4D is brought into contact with a metal fitting 1B and the vibration-damping rubber material 1 is forcibly inserted into the inside of a passage. A die 3B with its inner diameter gradually getting smaller is provided deep inside the passage 2, and when the vibration-damping rubber material 1 is inserted forcibly into said part, the outer diameter of the fitment 1B gets smaller along the inner diameter of the die 3B. At that time, a pressurizing piece 40 is pressed inwardly by the die 3B, and the pressurizing 4D compresses an elastic component 4F and moves in the direction closer to the shaft 4C to press the passage 2 formed with the die 3B. Thus, high drawing rate can be realized for the vibration-damping rubber by only one process or by through-drawing with extremely less number of process compared with the processes heretofore available. |
