The gyroscope system has a gyrating mass rotating in two gimbal forces. The outer frame is rotatably mounted in a support, and both the gyrating mass and one of the two gimbal frames are continuously rotated by a motor. the gyrating mass (1) and the rotated frame (2, 9) are rotated at a constant angular speed, with the gyrating mass (1) speed being a multiple of the angular speed of the rotated frame (2, 9). At least one blocking device operative in one direction only is inserted in the connection between inner frame (2) shaft (4) and the motor drive, and/or in the connection between the outer frame (9) shaft and the support (5), if the inner frame (2) is rotated, or, if the outer frame (9) is rotated, in the connection between its shaft (1) and the drive, and/or between the connection between inner frame (2) shaft (4) and the outer frame.
