Heat pump control system - employs temp. and pressure operated stepping motor for valve between supply and heating circuits

The heat pump (1) with an evaporator (2), a condenser (3) and a compressor (4) with a throttle (5), extracts heat from e.g. sub soil water through a heat exchanger (7) and supplies it to a storage tank (11) connected to radiators. To control the flow in the output circuit (8) to suit its temperature and climatic conditions, a control valve (12) is included between the heat exchanger (7) and the tank (11). This is operated by a stepping motor (13) with lines (14, 15) through which are applied temperature control signals. Pressure in the heat pump circuit is also converted into control signals, applied to the stepping motor by another line (16).
