<p>Preventive measure comprises (a) opt. applying a sublayer to a substrate, (b) applying a coating agent to the sublayer, (c) dispersing granules treated with a silane-based coupling agent on the coating agent, and (d) subsequently applying a finishing agent contg. 10-70 pts. wt. lubricating agent per 100 pts. wt. resinous contents. The process is used to prevent affixing of posters to urban property (e.g. telegraph posts, lamp standards, etc) or, where posters are already affixed, to enable them to be removed easily without leaving traces.</p> |
