Baking oven heating system giving differently heated compartments - has separate sets of ring pipes with independent burners

A banking oven is heated by rings of pipes partly filled with water. The lowest section of the pipes is heated, the steam rises and after giving up its heat, condenses and flows back into the lowest part of the circuit. The hot gases from the source of heat flow in countercurrent to the water, and after having heated the rings of pipes, the gases are led into a chamber containing steam generators. The gas burner or the distributor for the oil burner has a length equal to that of the rings of pipes behind each other. The baking chambers are divided into two groups and each group is heated by its own set of ring pipes and a corresponding burner. The ring pipes for the one group of baking chambers is arranged above the other. The set of ring pipes for the top group of chambers encloses the set of ring pipes for the bottom group. The gases from both burners are led together into a vertical flue. In the vertical flue there are steam generators. Steam generators may also be installed in a horizontal flue forming a collecting channel for the waste gases. The arrangement permits some of the baking zones to be maintained at different temp. from the others, and if necessary, to be left completely unheated.
