The circuit improves the voltage regulation or stabilisation of current supply systems working in parallel, when one of the systems has interference. In order to retain the load voltage within permissible limits of the nominal valve during switching back of the a.c. load from the standby mains network to the undisturbed a.c. system, the switch protectors associated with the undisturbed or operational current supply systems is initially closed or shut. At the same time, the bridging protection of one of the additional load resistors connected in series with the electronic switch and the mains (network) protector, is opened. The electronic switch at the min. of the decaying current in the voltage stabilised mains network is opened at zero crossing of the current.
