Demountable work-table for car - has sliding and rotating support mounted on demountable frame between seats

The demountable table (1) is fitted to sliding supporst (16) which move along two parallel struts (3) forming part of a frame clipped into position between the front or rear seats of the vehicle. The front section of the frame is supported on the floor while the rear end has a transverse tube (6) with sprung securing bolts (8) which brace the frame against the inside edges of the seat backs. The floor support is fitted over two fixed floor studs of unequal length, for a rattle free mounting. The table also has rotational movement on the sliders so that the work surface can be directed to either seat.
