<p>The press consists of a fixed part with an extension (18) on which a chain drive wheel (15) is mounted on roller bearings. A form ring (1) with press openings (3) is mounted on the wheel. A cover (25) is mounted on the ring. Parts to be pressed can be fed to the inside of the ring via an opening (26) in the cover. Inside the ring, rollers (23) are mounted on yokes (21) which in turn are mounted on a drive shaft (20). The rollers have a number of flat faces along their circumference and are rolled on the inside of the ring. The ring is securely and kinematically mounted on the drive wheel. For this purpose, wedge ring segments (7) are forced between an outer rim (5) on the ring and an inner rim (6) on the wheel.</p> |
