The economy heater is for use with gas or oil, and consists of a stand with an upright housing (a), and a flue connection at right angles to it. The gas jets (b) are located in the lower part of the housing, and produce an upwardly directed heat radiation (c), which is directed into a narrow space (f). Here a second oxygen enrichment takes place, due to a suction action (e) caused by the heat. This causes fuel residue to be used up, and the remaining heat in an intermediate flue pipe (d) to be given up into the room to be heated.
|
