<p>The oven has a closed reflector which houses two parallel and vertical grilles defining a passage for the food to be cooked. A stop is formed by a pivoted element which in its operative position closes the passage outlet and is perpendicular to the passage. The stop pref. includes a lever which is pivoted between its ends, one end carrying a weight which, in cooperation with the weight of the food, can pivot the stop in its retracted position. The other end of the lever carries a plate which is held in the operative position by an electromagnet.</p> |
