The control mechanism for the dish washer has a circulating pump driven by an a.c. motor with starting condensers (3a, 3b). The circulating pump sprays the washing liq. out of a container through a system of jets onto the dishes and cutlery. An electric heater in the form of a heating resistor (4) heats up the liq. The drive motor is connected in series by a programme switch and/or accessory during the beginning phase, with a heating resistor (4). Alternatively, or as well, a starting condenser can be switched on for the auxiliary phase in stages. The starting condenser is divided up into partial capacities, one of which is switched off during the starting stage of the motor, for the duration of one stage in the programme.
|
