<p>The welt for tent canvas is inserted into metal profiled sections, loops round a rope, and is fixed at adjacent edges to the tent canvas. The adjacent edges from the plane runs through the centre line of the rope. The outside of the loop has plastic spacer pieces (4a) over its entire length. The spacer pieces (4a) are positioned in the angle between the plane (6) formed by the adjacent edges (2a, 2b) and the plane at right angles to it formed by the centre line of the rope near the loop opening. The spacer pieces are in the form of ridged projections (4a) with the outermost surface have projections of equal height. The projections can be in the form of helical narrow parts, threads, grains, or oval or round coils.</p> |
