<p>A mounting plate for a furniture hinge allowing vertical and horizontal adjustment in the mounting plane and horizontal adjustment in a perpendicular plane. The plate comprises a main body (1) secured to the structure (4) by screws (2, 3), and a second part (8) free to slide in the direction perpendicular to the plate's main axis, thus providing lateral adjustment for the hinge component (21) which encloses the mounting plate. A lever (15) operating eccentrics acting on the inner surfaces of the sliding part (8) constitutes the means of lateral adjustment. Incremental longitudinal adjustment is by an adjusting rack on which the end (38) of the hinge component rests. The grub-screw (36) provides for continuous adjustment in the third dimension, and another screw (20) when tightened, locks the lateral and longitudinal adjustment.</p> |
