The arc of rotation of the spray head can be set by movable stops 62, 63 which when abutted by a lever 51 on the head cause a fluidic switching arrangement (Figs. 6 to 8 not shown) to reverse turbine 131. The shape of the spray. jet leaving nozzle 24 can be altered by adjustment of diffuser 26. Nozzle 24 is disposed within a trunnion 30 adjustable in a vertical plane.
