An appts. for installation, partic. for reinstillation or perfusion, such as for general and digestive reanimation, comprises a first pump which draws a liq. emitted from a first natural or artificial orifice, which is connected to a liquid receiver; a second pump draws the liq. from the receiver and pumps it to a second natural or artificial orifice via means for instilling or perfusing the liq. The receiver contains a liq. level detector and automatic means are provided to control the flow from the second pump according to the level of liq. detected in the receiver.
