PURPOSE:To momentarily obtain phase lock operation when a rotary driving body is activated by controlling a reference signal to be inputted to a phase frequency detector. CONSTITUTION:The reference signal can be obtained through a presettable frequency divider 39. When the preset of the presettable frequency divider 39 is executed by a preset signal generation circuit 39 and the phase deviation of a signal to be compared by a phase frequency detector 37 is in a prescribed range, there is no phase lock signal and the preset is executed at the timing of a prescribed phase between a frequency lock signal P1 from a frequency detector 34 and a rotation detecting signal. Thus, the reference signal is corrected so as to be matched with the phase of the rotation detecting signal by the preset of the presettable frequency divider 39 and a phase lock state can be obtained more early. Thus, when the rotary driving body is activated, the phase lock operation can be momentarily obtained. |
