The main constituents are semolina, flour, eggs, salt, seasoning and olive oil. The food has a long shelf life. It needs only 2 mins. to prepare it for eating. The prodn. costs are reduced by elimination of the drying process (lasting up to 10 hrs.). Vitamins and taste are not affected. |
