<p>The spiked shoe cleaning apparatus, has a water spray unit and a drainage container (1) which forms the support face for the shoe and is covered by a grid frame (10). A roller brush (2) which can be rotated by hand or by motor is mounted above this grid and the supply of cleaning water to above this brush is undertaken by a spray pipe (5) which has outlet orifices (6). The drainage container (1) is pref. provided along its longitudinal sides with a ledge (8) on which the grid is readily supported. The roller brush is accessible on all sides so that soles of the shoe can be cleaned as well as the uppers. More effective cleaning of spikes and studs is achieved if a helical bristle attachment is attached to the the brush roller.</p> |
