<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tile having elegant appearance by arranging roof tile pieces after the designed surface pattern of a product tile, mixing the arranged roof tiles in a cement mortar, curing the mixture and cutting to a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:Roof tile pieces 1a are arranged after the desired surface pattern designed as the surface pattern of a product tile 3a, mixed into a cement mortar and cured. The obtained block 2 is cut with a cutter to a prescribed form to obtain a tile having the tile pieces 1a exposed on the cut surface in the form of the pattern.</p> |
