The corrugated board has at least one corrugated track having an equal division of the corrugation and with at least one glued on covering track. The corrugated track has a lower number of corrugations by about 12% to 19% per unit of length than the established corrugated boards given the same thickness. The number of corrugations for a fine waved profile of about 3 mm height lies within the region of 130 to 140 per meter and the wt. of a measure of heavy paper lies within the region of 135 to 150 grammes per square meter.
