COOLING THE OIL IN A SYSTEM

A gas compression system comprising a rotary compressor, an oil separator in the discharge line thereof, and all oil supply line between the oil separator and the working space of the compressor, said line supplying oil and gas dissolved in the oil to a throttling device incorporated in the line in such a way that the time for the oil to pass from the throttling device to the compressor is long enough to decrease the temperature of the oil due to boiling off of the gas dissolved in the oil.
