The thermal and noise insulation inserts are embedded into concrete walls. These inserts are held in the formwork and embedded in one operation for ensuring optimum insulating characteristics. The insulating elements (2) are placed side by side and in a staggered parallel pattern so that their sloping edges overlap. The spaces between the edges are also filled with concrete. The insulating elements are clamped on a continuous grill (6), and have a trapezoidal cross section.
