Wind driven electricity generator - has radial blades turned into and out of wind as rotor revolves

The generator has a rotor with four blades carried at the top of a vertical supporting pole. The blades are radial and can swivel on their own axes. There is a stationary circular disc at the top of the supporting pole with projecting cam lobes on it. The shaft of each blade has a roller which runs on the disc as the rotor turns. The action of the cams on the roller swivels the blade through 90 deg. twice on each revolution. By this means the blades (Is) on which the wind is acting are held vertical to expose the maximum surface to the wind while the blades (1e) returning against the wind are turned horizontal to have min. resistance to the wind.
