The ceiling, with lighting and air-conditioning fittings, has lights built in below a main ceiling structure (1), and if necessary, in an acoustic intermediate ceiling (2). An array of pipes (4) is mounted below the lights (3), running in the line of the ceiling plane, in a lattice structure. This array incorporates interconnected pipes (5, 6) with openings in the sidewalls, and connections for fluids (9). Below the pipe array there a gird pattern elements, running downwards. The openings in the pipe walling can be fitted with push-button-shaped nozzle insets, and the pipes may be linked by distributor heads (7) and mounted so as to twist about their own axis into the connections for these.
