New medicaments for treatment of malignant diseases of the lymphoproliferative system contain as active substance O- p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenyl -DL-tyrosine dihydrochloride (I) in combination with a pharmaceutical filler or solvent. Used to treat chronic lymphatic leukaemia, chronic lymphoreticulosis, lymphogranulomatosis, Waldenstrem's disease, and the like. (I) has low toxicity, good tolerance, and high activity. Treatment does not necessitate hospitalisation; it can be carried out under ambulant conditions.
