PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of the wire rod and the reaction of the rod with the impurities in the gas and to normalize the temperature distribution in the furnace, by providing the holes used both for blowing-out the gas and for the entrance and exit of the wire rod at the both ends of the continuous annealing furnace for the long-sized wire rod and by providing the holes for injecting the gas at the more inside parts than the both ends. |
