The fingers 115 are engaged by a mounting flange (138), Fig. 3 (not shown). A retaining plate (187) is pivotally mounted on the mounting bracket for engagement with a slot 172 on the container. An actuating lever 151 is pivotally mounted on a wall 120 extending from the bearing wall. The lever has a downward portion (153), Fig. 3 (not shown), for manual actuation and a portion (155) which engages a diaphragm pump (168).</p> |
