PURPOSE:To readily obtain the subject material without forming cavities unfilled with a matrix between reinforcing materials by inserting the reinforcing materials into a lump of the matrix from the multiaxial directions and curing the resultant lump of the matrix. CONSTITUTION:The objective material obtained by inserting reinforcing materials composed of rods 2 or fiber bundles from the multiaxial directions into a lump 1 of a matrix in a softened state and then curing the resultant lump of the matrix. Furthermore, an uncured or semicured thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin softened by temperature regulation is preferably used as the above-mentioned matrix.
